The Center for American Progress published “Rebalancing Our National Security: The Benefits of Implementing a Unified Security Budget,” a report examining strategic ways to reform the U.S. defense budget, focusing on unified security budgeting. The report was authored by the Task Force for a Unified Security Budget, which included Kingston Reif, the Center’s Director of Nuclear Non-Proliferation. Kingston contributed to the section of the report entitled “Nuclear material security and nonproliferation funding.”
