Saturday, September 9 marks the founding of North Korea and is celebrated as a major holiday in the country. In 2016, the North Koreans tested their fifth nuclear device on this date. Experts and analysts strongly believe that September 9, 2017 will produce a major new North Korean missile or nuclear test.
Due to time zone differentiation, the event could take place on Friday, September 8, 2017 in U.S. time.
