House Panel Clears Bill to Adopt Nuclear Security Pacts

The U.S. House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday passed without objection a bill to bring the United States into compliance with four international counterterrorism treaties, including two nuclear security agreements that arms control advocates have long urged the country to ratify (see GSN, March 12).
