Top 10 Reasons Obama Should Veto the Defense Authorization Bill

On October 21, Speaker of the House John Boehner and Senate President Pro Tempore Orrin G. Hatch formally completed action on the fiscal year 2016 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and sent it to President Obama. Nuclear Threat Initiative: Sour U.S.-Russia Relations Could Lead to a Nuclear Standoff

The Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) recently released a comprehensive report on how the deteriorating relations between the United States and Russia increase the risk of nuclear use in the Euro-Atlantic Region.
