ISIS Falling Apart from Within

The Center’s Policy Director, Laicie Heeley made an appearance on MSNBC’s The Ed Show Monday, March 9th to discuss the current state of ISIS and Boko Haram’s recent announcement pledging allegiance to the organization that has been spreading terror throughout Iraq and Syria.
“Boko Haram’s pledge of support is very much a media boost for ISIS, and ISIS as we know, is very good at playing the media… But practically, on the ground, I’m not sure that this changes much.”
