Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation Senior Science Fellow Philip Coyle was interviewed by Frank Kelly on ABC’s RN Breakfast News in Australia on North Korea’s recent development of a miniaturized nuclear warhead and what that means since North Korea is now firmly on the path to becoming a full-fledged nuclear power. Coyle stressed on the need to pursue diplomacy, and believes there is still an opportunity for a diplomatic solution to the rising escalation between the United States and North Korea.
