Conor Donlevy is a Research Analyst at the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation. He specializes in congressional outreach and the role of Congress in shaping nuclear policy.
Prior to joining the Center, Conor worked for the U.S. Senate for three years for Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) and Senator Jeff Merkley (D-OR). In his previous role, Conor worked on Senator Merkley’s foreign policy and national security team advancing the Senator’s legislative work on nuclear arms control and non-proliferation. Conor holds a BA in Political Science and Arabic language from the University of Notre Dame.
