Khalil Cutair joined the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation in 2015. His duties as staff accountant include receiving and processing gifts and distributions, managing payroll, and maintaining donor accounts. Previously, Khalil worked for the largest commercial income tax preparation agency in the United States, completing hundreds of returns during tax season. He is an accounting student who truly engages a challenge. Khalil has picked up passing Spanish from his prior workplace, and enjoys the fluidity of the language greatly.
