Day 32 of the Russian invasion of Ukraine: Is Moscow changing its strategy?

Senior Policy Director John Erath spoke to WION (World is One News) about Russia’s political and military strategy in Ukraine: “The possibility that Russia uses a nuclear weapons is low…however the possibility is there…this is where it is very important that Putin hear a consistent message from everywhere else in the world that it is simply unacceptable to use a weapon of mass destruction, especially when their primary victims would be civilians.”
