“It’s [North Korean attack] a clear violation of the Korean armistice, the UN Charter and a host of non-aggression agreements. Unlike past provocations in the West Sea, this time was much more serious and much more provocative because it directly attacked South Korean territory killing lives and injuring many more,” said Duyeon Kim, Deputy Director of the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation in a TV interview by CBS News on November 24, 2010.
