- Provides a 4.6% DoD Military & Civilian Personnel Pay Raise
- Provides $352 million, an increase of $10 million from the requested amount, for the Cooperative Threat Reduction program
- Provides $20 million for research into low enriched uranium for use in naval reactors (NNSA’s Nonproliferation Fuels Development account)
- Restricts the use of funds to reduce or prepare to reduce the number of deployed and non-deployed strategic delivery vehicles and launchers (Sec. 8014)
- Prohibits funding from being obligated or expended for assistance to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea unless specifically appropriated for that purpose or for POW/MIA activities (Sec. 8049)
