How Iran’s missile arsenal holds the Middle East hostage

Research Analyst Samuel Hickey spoke with Arab News about Iran’s missile capabilities.

Samuel Hickey, a research analyst at the Washington-based Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation, told Arab News: “Iran often operates in the gray zone between war and peace.

“This strategy helps Iran further its security goals, while not necessarily provoking direct retaliation,” he said, adding that it also created “uncertainty in how adversaries should respond.” Read more
