Senior Policy Director John Erath was quoted in The National Desk (TND) discussing the Pentagon’s push for American defense contractors to accelerate development of hypersonic weapons to compete with Russia and China.
“As I understand the technologies involved, you have to fail a lot of times before you get it right,” said John Erath, senior policy director at the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation.
