Reif Ties the Knot!

If you are wondering why NoH’s fearless editor is unusually silent over the next few days, it is not because he has taken a vow of silence or any cat has gotten his tongue. Rather, Kingston and Laura Bateman tied the knot this past weekend in a beautiful ceremony that took place in Sandy Spring, Maryland. They have fled Washington, D.C. not to escape partisanship, but for their honeymoon. From everyone at the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation, congrats to a great couple!
