With Florida officially called for President Obama over the weekend, the election is finally over, and it’s time to get down to business. A few days before Americans went to the polls, Center Chairman General Robert Gard published an op-ed on OtherWords discussing the challenges the next administration will face. In the short-term, managing the end of combat operations in Afghanistan tops the list. Also on the list are Iran, Russia, Afghanistan, and continued work toward nuclear disarmament.
