John Gilbert, a senior science fellow at the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation’s Scientists Working Group was one of the two experts interviewed on La Verdad Nos Hace Libre (LVNHL), a Spanish television show to talk about the current use and spread of chemical and biological weapons.
